Privacy policy

StoryKeeper: Tales of India

Effective October 15, 2026

In short: StoryKeeper does not collect any information about you or your children. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and nothing is sent to us.

What the app stores, and where

Microphone

The app asks to use the microphone only so that grown-ups can record themselves reading stories, singing, or leaving messages. Recording happens only when you tap the record button, and the audio stays on your iPhone.

Sharing

If you choose to share recordings, the app hands them to the iOS share sheet (for example WhatsApp, Messages, Mail, AirDrop or iCloud Drive). From then on, the app or service you choose handles them under its own privacy policy. Files you choose to import from your device are added to the app on your iPhone only.

Children

StoryKeeper is made for families with children. It does not collect personal information from children or anyone else. Recording, sharing, importing and deleting recordings are behind a grown-up check. The app contains no advertising, no in-app purchases and no links to outside websites for children to follow.

Third parties

The app uses no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The artwork comes from the public-domain collection of The Metropolitan Museum of Art and is included inside the app, so viewing it does not contact the museum.

Deleting your data

You can delete songs and Family Book messages in the app's Family Studio (swipe left on one), and record any story page again to replace it. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your iPhone.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date. Questions: storykeeper@goblincandy.com.
