StoryKeeper is a family memory box of stories from India for iPhone. Children read twenty illustrated stories of Ganesha, Rama, Krishna, Durga and the festivals, play gentle games inside them, and collect a card for every story they finish. Grown-ups can record themselves reading the stories, sing songs, and write or record messages in the Family Book, so the children hear the old stories in the voices of the people who love them.

Questions, ideas, or a story your family tells differently? We'd love to hear from you: storykeeper@goblincandy.com.
Common questions
How do I record my voice?
Open the Family tab and tap Grown-ups: add your voice (or Grown-ups at the top). Answer the quick sum, then choose a story to read aloud page by page, record a song, or write in the Family Book.
How do I share recordings with family?
In the Family Studio, tap Save all recordings as audio files and send them by WhatsApp, Messages, Mail or AirDrop. Family members tap Add a recording someone sent you in their own app. Please don't rename the files: the name tells the app where each recording belongs.
How do I keep recordings safe?
Recordings live only on your iPhone. Every so often, save them to iCloud Drive or email them to yourself. Deleting the app deletes the recordings on that phone.
Where do the pictures come from?
Every painting is from the public-domain Open Access collection of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, credited on each page.
